Team on the right path

Hi guys

Its a dream start for this season ........We won all the three games with some individual excellence however if we see those games in detail .....it has been the "TEAM EFFORT".

The most satisfactory thing that has happen this season has been the number of players voting for the polls.Our Bench Strength is becoming stronger match by match ......
One of the other factor is some strict decisson by the MANAGER ...

a) Everything is being shared by the team ....like the ground set up...... It would only be Aizaz Bhai setting the ground but now players are being assigned that job every match.

b) " DHAMKI" If players r not on time they won't play that match and the 12th man will get the chance to play that particular game.

c) The player who comes last for any game would become the water boy for next game.


This team is a perfect blend of youth and experience....
It Amazes me whenever I see Aizaz Bhai playing ....He is an awesome player to have around the team .
